The employees in the tool rental department are terrible. Tried to reserve a tool and prepay a week in advance but they don't take reservations here, so you can't preplan anything for your project with these guys. They would not budge even if I prepaid the whole rental with no refund. They said if we called the day before, they could hold it for 24hrs. So we called the morning before, they SOLD the tool! They knew how desperately we needed it to stay on our timeline but they didn't offer selling it to us. I would have purchased it if I had been given the option. Home Depot, you have got to do better in this area. How can you refuse tool reservations for a construction project. Time is money and you are supposed to be the Pro's but in this department you haven't even made it to amateur.
